7-Eleven, Inc. in the United States seeks an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales who will oversee 12-14 store locations and guide Store Leaders to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will participate in an in-depth 12-month training program and work toward a key operations role with strong career growth potential, including use of a company vehicle after appointment. This role emphasizes merchandising, budgeting, and multi-unit leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, stay motivated, and manage 100+ employees across stores.
• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Experience with budgeting, merchandising, and cash/inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee 12-14 store locations as Area Leader Trainee.
• Train employees to provide exceptional customer service.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash and inventory.
• Lead profit and loss management including budget planning and expense control.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
• Possess multi-unit operations experience; prior multi-unit management preferred.
