Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• A passion to provide industry leading service.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use that information to make informed decisions.
• Demonstrates proactive/creative thinking and applies it to the business.

• Engages with team members in span of care to ensure onboarding, training and development, and coaching and feedback to be successful in all they do.
• Identifies talent and engages in career discussions to support staffing and leadership roles.
• Involvement in candid discussions with team members to ensure Meijer standards are upheld and growth is possible.
• Accountability for area operations and financial results by overseeing execution of plans to maximize sales and productivity, owning budget line items in the P&L.
• Drives safety and compliance and manages store condition, following all procedures.
• Ensures Team Leaders and Leads provide guidance and assign daily work and training needs.
