Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking an Area Business Manager for the US Diagnostics Division in the Southwest region. The role emphasizes leadership and development of colleagues, using solution coaching and business planning to drive sales performance across the geography.

The ABM will travel 50-60% across the designated geography, lead Diagnostics Sales Consultants and Diagnostic Technical Specialists, and work to launch new products and services while meeting objectives set by management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
• Minimum of 3 years people leader/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all colleagues in Area based on position.
• Demonstrate Solution Coaching capabilities consistently.
• Direct DSCs and DTSs to meet objectives set forth by management.
• Attract, develop, evaluate, differentiate, and retain top talent through coaching and performance management tools.
• Spend 75% of available time on field-coaching days to strengthen capabilities.
• Collaborate across team members to drive sales and performance.
