Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking an Area Business Manager in the US Diagnostics Division to lead and coach a high-performing sales team across the Southwest region. The role emphasizes leadership development, field coaching, and execution of strategic business plans to maximize sales performance.

The ABM will drive product launches, manage budgets and travel frequently to engage with DSCs and DTSs, while aligning with cross-functional teams and Zoetis Core Beliefs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Animal Health knowledge and diagnostics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Diagnostics Sales Consultants (DSC) and Diagnostic Technical Specialists (DTS) to meet objectives.
• Direct field-coaching days to strengthen capabilities and drive performance.
• Develop annual strategic business plans and allocate marketing resources.
• Manage expenses, performance reviews, and regional sales meetings.
