Job summary

Zoetis, Inc is seeking an Area Business Manager (ABM) for the US Diagnostics Division in the Southwest region. The ABM will lead DSCs and DTSs, coach field personnel, and drive strategic business plans to maximize sales in the territory.

Travel throughout the designated geography with potential overnight stays will be required. Responsibilities include talent development, cross-functional collaboration, launch of new products, and management of expenses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA)
• Minimum of 3 years people leader/management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members in area
• Direct the activities of Diagnostics Sales Consultants (DSC) and Diagnostic Technical Specialists (DTS)
• Lead field-coaching to improve performance
• Meet or exceed sales objectives via coaching and development
• Develop annual strategic business plans for territories and area

Education

Undergraduate degree (BS/BA)
