Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Solutions Consultant to drive sales of diagnostic instruments, tests and services within a US territory. This field-based role requires building lasting customer relationships and achieving budgeted quotas.

You will travel up to 60-70%, conduct demonstrations, document interactions, and collaborate with diagnostics teams to maximize customer value. A minimum of 4 years sales or relevant technical experience and an Associate's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated sales experience or relevant technical/clinical experience.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, science or business emphasis ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain thorough understanding of Diagnostic products and service.
• Travel to offices of existing and prospective customers; target 3-4 existing customers and 3-4 new opportunities per day.
• Document all interactions in the online system.
• Transport equipment to customer locations and demonstrate diagnostic solutions.
• Explain uses and benefits of diagnostic products; communicate value proposition.
• Secure purchase orders and provide ongoing customer support via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Diagnostic Technical Specials to ensure strong customer service.
• Generate new business and leads from existing customers and referrals.
• Assist with billing and collections as needed.
