Job summary

Zoetis Southwest region seeks an Area Business Manager to lead and coach Diagnostics Sales Consultants and Diagnostic Technical Specialists. You will execute strategies, manage field activities, and drive sales performance across California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona.

You will develop annual business plans, coordinate marketing efforts, and travel extensively to support the team and customers, while modeling Zoetis Core Beliefs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
• 3+ years of people leadership/management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Diagnostics Sales Consultants and Diagnostic Technical Specialists to meet objectives.
• Meet/exceed sales objectives via coaching and field leadership across the territory.
• Launch new products/services and drive growth through strategic plans.
• Develop annual strategic business plans and coordinate marketing resources.
• Travel 50-60% to manage area personnel and business needs.
