Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations and implement new services across a geographically diverse client base. You will ensure high-quality on-site service delivery and contribute to a customer-centric environment.

The role includes a $260 monthly stipend for travel, reimbursement of IRS mileage, and collaboration with Field Implementation Managers to expand services while maintaining exceptional client relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 60‑mile radius.
• Shifts are between 6am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting company coverage.
• Data-driven and innovative with strong communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with on-site support.
• Deliver on-site services including mail, print, hospitality, and reception.
• Manage shipping/receiving, courier coordination, printer fleet, and local travel.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Support new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain professional service and responsive client relations.
• Travel to post offices and satellite locations as needed.
