Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support on-site service delivery across multiple client locations in the Indianapolis area. You will coordinate mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier tasks, and printer fleet management while traveling locally to client sites.

This role emphasizes a service-first approach, strong communication, and collaboration with management to optimize operations and implement new accounts and services as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with travel between client sites within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Excellent communication and a customer-centric mindset.
• Regular use of personal vehicle and valid license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with consistent service delivery.
• Support on-site services: mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier, and printer fleet management.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for local client locations.
• Support implementation of new accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
