Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle required with valid license and insurance.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Physical effort up to 50 lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational support based on client needs.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping/receiving, courier coordination, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and ensure best practices with data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions for Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset, professionalism, and adaptability across interactions.
• Support travel between locations and respond to operational and client needs across the service area.
