Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in ground-up commercial and/or multifamily construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Good driving record.
• Knowledge of building codes and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the assigned project area.
• Coordinate schedule with the Project Superintendent and other supervisors.
• Manage manpower and equipment for the area to control labor costs.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to align with work schedules.
• Interpret specifications and coordinate phases of construction to prevent delays.
• Discipline personnel not performing to policy or standards.
