Job summary

Integrus Architecture is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and interview preparation. You’ll coordinate content, resumes, graphics, and project information with project teams and marketing colleagues to strengthen our pursuit materials and presentations.

You’ll gain experience in proposal development, graphic design, communications, and business development within the architecture, engineering, and design industry, with a mostly in-office schedule and one remote

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, proposal coordination, or a related role; internship experience may be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or interest in the architecture, engineering, construction, design, or professional services industry preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines while working collaboratively with others.
• Creativity and an interest in graphic design, visual communication, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, or marketing databases is a plus.
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility within an A/E/C marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and production of RFQs, RFPs, proposals, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit materials.
• Gather content, project information, staff qualifications, resumes, and graphics for proposals with project teams.
• Assist with proposal coordination, including content development, formatting, proofreading, production, and tracking submission requirements and deadlines.
• Support development of engaging presentations and interview materials and assist project teams with interview preparation.
• Write, edit, and update project descriptions, staff resumes, and other marketing content.
• Create and update graphics, brochures, project sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials that showcase our work and capabilities.
• Maintain Integrus' brand identity and graphic standards across proposals and materials.
• Maintain marketing databases, resumes, templates, image libraries, and other assets to ensure information is current.
