Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, editing, and production from concept to completion. You will work with the Marketing Manager and Pursuits team to craft compelling responses and maintain brand integrity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in architecture/engineering/construction coordination, a Bachelor's in English/Marketing/Journalism/Communications, and strong MS Office and InDesign skills for polished proposals.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience coordinating architecture/engineering/construction proposals and presentations.
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or Communications.
Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation of RFQ/RFP responses and interviews with input from project team.
Track proposals and follow up; maintain qualifications materials.
Develop and maintain project information and resumes; ensure brand consistency.
Support Cosential CRM with company data and resumes.
Collaborate with Marketing to produce interview materials and presentations.
