You will help present the firm’s capabilities through clear, polished, and visually engaging materials, coordinate with architects and leadership, and manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing, proposal, or communications experience.
• Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from several contributors.
• Familiarity with CRM or proposal management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and interview materials.
• Maintain employee resumes, project descriptions, photography, and marketing collateral.
• Support responses to requests for proposals and qualifications.
• Update website content, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Maintain client and opportunity information within the CRM system.
• Assist with award submissions, conferences, sponsorships, and industry events.
• Coordinate with architects and leadership to gather technical content.
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and brand alignment.
