Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in proposal or marketing roles with multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, write, and produce proposals with input from team on graphics, fees, and production.
• Develop brochures, resumés, displays, and other collateral.
• Input opportunities and contacts into ERP software and maintain marketing records.
• Assist with strategy and preparation of presentations and interviews.
• Manage marketing specialist team members and mentor junior staff.
• Support internal marketing projects and other duties as directed.
