Qualifications

• 1–5 years of related experience in a proposal or marketing role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize, write, and produce proposals with input from team members.
• Develop brochures, trifolds, resumes, and other collateral.
• Maintain marketing systems and input opportunities and contacts into ERP software.
• Assist with strategy and preparation of presentations and interviews.
• Support internal marketing projects and materials.
