Qualifications

• Excellent copywriting and communications skills with the ability to persuade.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and vendors for assets.
• Familiarity with social media strategy and content creation.
• Experience with design tools like Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategy Director and design teams to develop proposals and qualification packages.
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across internal teams and vendors.
• Guide assets from concept to delivery, ensuring reviews and approvals are met.
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, social media, and client communications.
• Prepare presentations, asset requests, and internal documentation.
• Maintain brand alignment and messaging consistency.
