ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB seeks an Architectural Sales Representative to partner with leading architectural firms. You’ll advise on door openings, influence specifications, and drive BIM-enabled design workflows using Openings Studio.

Expect collaboration with design teams and ongoing education on our product solutions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in architectural representation or related construction management, strong communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Competenze

College/University degree required (architecture/design/engineering/construction science/management or business).
At least 3 years' industry-related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or design-build construction management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers.
Identify opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications.
Provide timely product information for commercial project specs.
Deliver continuing education on new products, solutions, and services.
Assist with product substitution/approval procedures and bid process follow-up.
Use Salesforce.com for customer relationship, project tracking, and time management.
