Job summary

Architectural Ceramics of Atlanta LLC is seeking an experienced A&D Sales Representative to grow Architessa’s commercial business by building trusted relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, and contractors. The role is field-based and requires strong product knowledge, consultative selling, and reliability in follow-through.

You will manage from discovery through purchase, curate tile and surface solutions, and coordinate with Inside Sales and operations to ensure

Qualifications

Field-based sales experience in commercial interiors or architecture preferred.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage projects from discovery to close.
Strong knowledge of design specification process and commercial bidding.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

Develop territory and identify decision-makers and project influencers.
Visit firms through offices, calls, virtual meetings, showroom appointments, presentations, events and follow-ups.
Collaborate with Inside Sales and operations to align samples, quotes, bids, and submittals.
Secure complete specifications including item, color, size, finish, quantity, alternates, and purchasing path.
Advance each opportunity with a clear next action and close the loop on handoffs.
Maintain Salesforce records and ensure at least 80% up-to-date activity.
