Job summary

TileBar, an innovator in tile, interiors and surfaces, is seeking a Commercial/A&D Sales Representative in Pittsburgh, PA. You will manage select customers, quote, sell and coordinate order fulfillment, while maintaining TileBar’s brand and product knowledge.

The role includes a strong base salary with commission and requires travel within the market. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in tile/building materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience in tile, natural stone, textiles, furniture, building materials, or supply chain industries strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all members of the supply chain team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong industry network is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SalesPad, Magento, and Salesforce systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong math skills for quoting and order processing.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to perform computer-based work, including keyboarding and prolonged periods at a desk.
• Ability to travel as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards by maintaining a friendly and service-oriented approach.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate, expert product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes and process purchase and sample orders.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and represent TileBar brand.
• Maintain accurate account activities and project information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment.
• Travel within the market as required to support customer relationships and sales activities.
