Job summary

Architessa is seeking an A&D Sales Representative to grow our commercial tile business by building trusted relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, and contractors. You will earn specifications, advance opportunities from concept through purchase, and deliver Concierge Service with responsive communication and design expertise.

This consultative, field-based role requires strong Salesforce discipline, collaboration with Inside Sales, and ownership of the client experience

Qualifications

Relationship development and account planning for architects, designers, owners, developers, and contractors.
Consultative selling with design intent, budgeting guidance, and specification accuracy.
Field-based client management with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Research and prioritize firms and decision-makers within the assigned territory.
Build lasting relationships through office visits, calls, virtual meetings, showroom appointments, and events.
Maintain an account plan and adjust rankings based on project activity and relationship strength.
Complete a minimum of 15 account visits per week and coordinate with Inside Sales on samples and pricing.
Represent Architessa at industry associations, CEUs, and related events.
Own follow-up and navigation of sourcing, freight, inventory, and scheduling to protect margin.
