Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to drive ARB/ARM initiatives within the Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications unit in a US-based role. You will own ARB domain expertise, craft high-impact demos, and guide migration from legacy CPQ and Billing to ARM architectures.

In addition to technical leadership, you will shape monetization strategies, align with ERP integrations, and mentor peers to accelerate ARB adoption across the Solution Engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or a technical revenue operations role within High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications.
• Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB), with working knowledge of Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing.
• Architectural mindset: understand how legacy CPQ/Billing transitions to ARM/ARB.
• Financial acumen: ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite).
• Industry knowledge of TMT monetization patterns like metered usage and telecom pricing.
• Stakeholder execution: navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & Support ARB across TMT accounts and provide foundational Solution Engineering support for ARM suite.
• Deliver end-to-end demos, POCs, and presentations anchored in ARB monetization.
• Architect migration pathways from legacy CPQ/Billing to modern ARB/ARM architectures.
• Advise on monetization strategies including subscriptions, usage-based pricing, and media rights pricing.
• Bridge revenue recognition rules and ERP integrations into platform designs.
• Mentor fellow Solution Engineers and voice customer needs to Product Management.
