Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an AR Support to manage revenue accounting, AR ledger accuracy, and collections. You will identify D2C billing issues and flag aged debt to leads for timely resolution, while performing related duties as part of the team.

The role also covers billing & payments review, updating order statuses, and ensuring postings in PSPs and ERP are correct. This remote, work-from-home position offers growth opportunities and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR/D2C accounting and reconciliations.
• Ability to review invoices, payments, and credits accurately.
• Familiarity with PSPs and ERP posting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AR Ledger accuracy and collections processes.
• Highlight D2C Billing problems and aged debt to leads promptly.
• Review and allocate payments received across methods.
• Ensure orders are marked 'Booked' and postings are complete in PSPs.
• Process refunds and discounts with accuracy as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by AR Leads/Managers.
