Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an AR Support to join the D2C AR team in a remote, fixed-term position. You will handle account cleanups, reconciliations, invoicing, refunds, and payments with emphasis on timely postings.

You will work through Jira tickets to meet internal SLAs and support revenue accounting, billing, and refunds processes across PSPs. The role offers competitive rewards and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• You are part of the AR D2C team focusing on account cleanups and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, credit notes, payments and refunds accurately and on time.
• Perform complete and accurate accounts reconciliations with SLA adherence.
• Raise and resolve issues via Jira tickets daily.

Responsibilities

• AR ledger accuracy and collections oversight.
• Highlight billing problems and aged debt to leads promptly.
• Review and allocate payments across methods.
• Monitor order statuses and capture shipments to trigger invoices.
