La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Monroe, MI is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist II to manage cash application and customer master data maintenance. You will support credit decisions, resolve deductions, and work with sales, credit and customer service teams to drive resolution.

The role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills, experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards E1 and AS400), and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required up to 5%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with relevant experience or equivalent, plus financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile cash receipts to dealer accounts daily.
• Maintain customer master records and credit references.
• Process dealer credit applications and build credit files.
• Prepare journal entries and related credit reports; assist with deductions and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
