Warren Rupp, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage cash collections and resolve customer invoicing issues. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring accurate posting of payments.

Primary duties include applying cash, handling invoice copies, and coordinating with Sales and Accounting to maintain AR accuracy and timely reporting. Strong Excel and JDEdwards skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and JDEdwards.

Responsabilités

• Apply cash collections to customer accounts and outstanding invoices.
• Fulfill customer requests for copies of invoices and statements.
• Follow-up with customers to resolve past due invoices.
• Initiate requests to Accounting Manager for orders to be released from credit hold.
• Perform Accounts Receivable problem solving. Work with customers and sales managers to resolve invoicing / payment disputes.
• Complete Daily Cash File - Reconciliation.
• Month End Bank Reconciliation & AR Aging Reconciliation.
