Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; 3+ years AR experience can substitute for education.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to present information to employees clearly and effectively.
• Advanced math, computer, analytical, Excel, and reporting skills required.
• Results-oriented; can work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and contact management software.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage tight time constraints and travel domestically if needed.

Responsibilities

• Process daily invoicing and payment application from multiple methods.
• Follow up immediately on discrepancies.
• Identify delinquent accounts requiring analysis.
• Investigate delinquent variances via customer portals when needed.
• Submit invoice disputes and manage resolution until final.
• Maintain updated records of all customer interactions.
• Create reconciliation documents in ERP system when appropriate.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and portals to resolve disputes.
• Maintain and update customer AP contacts.
• Deliver high-touch customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations; participate in audits as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
