Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Accounts Receivable/collections or related field.
• ERP experience with Navision BC14 and VersaPay preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Accounts Receivable for past due balances and discrepancies.
• Review customer balances for accuracy and adjust as needed.
• Process credit memos and refunds as required.
• Post sales order changes and reconcile AR to GL.
• Take customer payments and apply to accounts.
