Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned accounts.
• Post daily cash receipts to customer accounts and to G/L accounts.
• Review credit limits and release orders based on status.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly by phone and email.
• Investigate disputes and coordinate with collection agencies when needed.
• Maintain accounts receivable aging within target goals.
• Provide backup to AR/finance team as needed.
