Job summary

BD is seeking a Procedural Specialist to promote AR&R products through clinical support within a defined US territory. You will educate physicians and hospital staff on surgical products, coordinate training logistics with field sales, and maintain strong surgeon and facility relationships.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in operating room or procedural settings, plus strong knowledge of surgical terminology and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree highly preferred; or minimum of 6 years relevant work experience with High School diploma.
• 3–5 years experience in the Operating Room or procedural areas.
• Surgical and procedural knowledge to support clinical cases.
• Medical/surgical terminology; basic anatomy knowledge.
• Current credentialing and/or certification in respective clinical discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of surgery; experience with general or plastic surgeons preferred.
• Experience in the hernia space.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SFDC, and Showpad.
• Ability to travel 60–80% including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians, hospital staff on AR&R products through clinical support and education.
• Coordinate field sales with training logistics and execution of clinical support.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and coordinators.
• Observe market trends affecting AR&R sales and development.
• Maintain relationships with Regional/ Territory Managers and customers.
• Represent BD following policies and procedures and manage complaints.
