Job summary

BD operates as a leading medical technology company and seeks a Procedural Specialist to promote AR&R products through clinical support and education within a defined geographic area. You will educate physicians, coordinate training, and build strong relationships with hospitals and surgeons.

The role requires 3–5 years in operating room/procedural settings, surgical knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 80% with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree highly preferred; or minimum of 6 years equivalent relevant work experience with High School diploma.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in the Operating Room or procedural areas.
• Surgical and procedure knowledge, adequate to support clinical cases.
• Advanced knowledge of surgery; experience with general or plastic surgeons preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-80%, including multiple overnights.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerBi, Salesforce (SFDC) and Showpad.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and staff on AR&R products through case support and training programs.
• Coordinate field level customer training and technical support of clinical cases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospitals, and physicians.
• Observe and report market trends affecting AR&R sales and product development.
• Process reports and credentialing with BD policies and procedures.
• Travel 60-80% and support AR&R procedures as directed by the Regional Manager.
