BD seeks a Procedural Specialist to educate and support surgeons and hospital staff on AR&R products. You will coordinate training, provide clinical case support, and maintain relationships with surgeons, coordinators, and OR managers. The role is home-based with extensive regional travel.

You will track market trends, fulfill reporting duties, and participate in company initiatives while maintaining credentialing and compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical cases in operating rooms or procedural areas.
• Knowledge of surgical terminology and anatomy.
• Credentialing or certification in clinical discipline preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-80% with overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on AR&R products through case support and trainings.
• Coordinate field-level training and provide technical support for clinical cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, coordinators and OR staff.
• Observe market trends affecting AR&R sales and product development.
• Manage reports and expense tracking per company procedures.
• Fulfill Territory Manager duties in vacant areas as directed.
