Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree highly preferred; or minimum of 6 years equivalent relevant work experience with High School diploma.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in the Operating Room or procedural areas.
• Surgical and procedure knowledge, adequate to support clinical cases.
• Medical and surgical terminology; basic anatomy knowledge.
• Current credentialing and / or certification in respective clinical discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of surgery; experience with general or plastic surgeons preferred.
• Experience in the hernia space.
• Ability to travel 60-80% and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; independent with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBi, Salesforce, and Showpad.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and staff on AR&R products through case support and training.
• Coordinate field level training and technical support of clinical cases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, coordinators, OR staff, hospitals and physicians.
• Observe market trends affecting AR&R sales and product development.
• Maintain relationships with Region Manager, Territory Managers, ATMs and customers.
• Process customer complaints and returns per procedures.
• Fulfill duties of Territory Manager in vacant territories as directed.
• Prepare and submit internal reports including procedural specialist and product tracking reports.
