Job summary

BD is seeking a Procedural Specialist to promote AR&R products through clinical support across a defined geographic area with heavy travel requirements. You will educate physicians and hospital staff, coordinate training, and support field sales with case coverage and education programs.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital teams, reporting on market trends, and completing required documents while maintaining compliance and credentials.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree highly preferred; or minimum 6 years relevant work experience with High School diploma.
• 3–5 years experience in the Operating Room or procedural areas.
• Surgical/procedure knowledge to support clinical cases.
• Medical/surgical terminology; basic anatomy knowledge.
• Current credentialing/certification in clinical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on AR&R products.
• Coordinate field level training and technical support for clinical cases.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and administrators.
• Monitor market trends affecting AR&R sales and product development.
• Maintain relationships with managers and customers and complete reports.
