BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Procedural Specialist for AR&R to support surgeons and hospital staff across a defined region. The role emphasizes clinical education, case support, and cross-functional collaboration with field sales and operations.

The position requires 3–5 years of OR or procedural experience, credentialing in the clinical discipline, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; or minimum of 6 years equivalent relevant work experience with High School diploma.
• 3–5 years experience in the Operating Room or procedural areas.
• Surgical and procedure knowledge; medical terminology.
• Credentialing/certification in respective clinical discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of surgery; experience with general or plastic surgeons preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% including overnights.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerBi, Salesforce SFDC, and Showpad.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and staff on AR&R products through case support and training programs.
• Coordinate field-level training and technical support for clinical cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Monitor market trends affecting AR&R sales, service, and development.
• Manage reports and administrative duties related to Procedural Specialist role.
