• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on AR&R products through case support and training programs.
• Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and timing of training and technical support for clinical cases.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff; obtains new users and applications.
• Observes market trends affecting AR&R sales and product development.
• Represents BD according to policies and procedures.
• Processes customer complaints and returns per procedures.
• Maintains company assets and completes BD reports.
• Fulfills duties of Territory Manager in vacant territories and supports AR&R procedures as directed.
