Job summary

BD seeks a Procedural Specialist to promote AR&R products through clinical support and education across a defined region. You will coordinate with field sales, train physicians and hospital staff, and manage case-related activities to drive adoption.

The role requires substantial travel (60–80%), home-based with proximity to a major US airport, and strong knowledge of surgical procedures and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years relevant work experience with HS diploma.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Operating Room or procedural areas.
• Clinical knowledge of surgical procedures and anatomy.
• Current credentialing in clinical discipline desired.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on AR&R products through case support and in-servicing.
• Coordinate field-level training and technical support of clinical cases with field sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital leadership.
• Report market trends and uphold BD policies and procedures.
