Job summary

BD is seeking a Procedural Specialist to promote AR&R products through clinical support and education across a defined territory. You will train physicians and hospital staff, coordinate with field sales for training and case support, and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and OR teams.

The role requires surgical knowledge, credentialing, and up to 60–80% travel with flexibility for early mornings and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or 6 years equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Operating Room or procedural areas with surgical knowledge.
• Credentialing/certification in clinical discipline and ability to travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on AR&R products through case support.
• Coordinate field training and technical support for clinical cases with sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, coordinators, and hospitals.
• Monitor market trends affecting AR&R and report to leadership.
• Complete reports and manage expenses and territory duties as assigned.
