Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: Four to ten years related experience

Responsibilities

• Post cash receipts (wire, ACH, check) daily
• Process credit card payments
• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and processing of paper invoices
• Process requests for customer credits and debits as well as invoice cancellations
• Create and maintain customer master records
• Evaluate and recommend customer payment terms and credit limits
• Analyze and resolve customer payment discrepancies
• Analyze and resolve customer past due invoices and maintain status notes
• Collaborate with internal/external sales to resolve payment issues
• Process sales representative commissions statements and payments
• Process Letters of Credit with customers
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and maintain policies, forms and work instructions
