Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly progress billings accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable and update billing and collection statuses.
• Collect lien waivers and manage compliance documentation.
• Track lien deadlines and research state-specific lien requirements.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Support accounting and operations teams while identifying process improvements.
