The role requires meticulous data handling, prompt invoice processing, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction-related billing, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented professional with strong financial reconciliation skills.
• Experience in billing, regulatory compliance, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts to ensure billing compliance.
• Invoice and cost customer work within 24 hours of completion.
• Verify billing reconciliations, reports, and required forms for timeliness and accuracy.
• Communicate with customers to confirm receipt of invoices and address concerns.
• Maintain 95% accuracy in billing processes and timely submissions.
• Organize and maintain a detailed billing database.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for clear communication.
• Resolve billing-related issues promptly.
