Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an AR Specialist - Compliance Coordinator to ensure contractual requirements on projects are met and to keep stakeholders updated on receivables. You will support accounting, cash flow, and the operations team while maintaining accurate monthly cycles.

You will manage customer and project manager experience, process billings, and collaborate across teams to resolve payment requirements efficiently. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for managing customer and project manager experience.
• Process monthly progress billings accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with project team to manage customer expectations.
• Direct job compliance to ensure smooth monthly cycles and payments.
• Communicate with customers and project managers for Requirements.
• Manage receivable status and ERP entry for visibility in billing.
• Suggest and support continuous improvement projects.
• Collect lien waivers and support AR/AP/ops in compliance.
• Filing notices to establish lien rights and monitor deadlines.
• Support operations to provide excellent customer experience.
