Responsibilities

• Pass due customers: identify reasons and resolve.
• Send statements in Excel and update payment status.
• Address invoice issues (shipping, pricing, etc.).
• Investigate reasons for non-payment and clear holds.
• Provide required documents (credit memo, proof of delivery).
• Perform extensive item investigations to resolve open items causing credit holds.
