Job summary

Pro-Vac is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage customer billing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. You will review contracts, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This full-time role offers a strong benefits package and a hybrid work model (mostly remote with occasional in-office days). Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-volume AR billing in construction or related industries

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume accounts receivable billing in the Construction or related industry.
• 2+ years of experience with revenue billing, preferably related to contracted or project bid work.
• Knowledge of billing principles and financial compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand each customer’s contractual agreements to ensure compliance.
• Invoice and cost customer work within 24 hours of completion.
• Verify billing reconciliations, reports, and required forms to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate with customers to ensure invoices are received and address any outstanding concerns.
• Maintain a 95% accuracy rate in billing processes and ensure timely submission of invoices.
• Organize and maintain a detailed billing database.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for clear communication and alignment.
• Resolve billing-related issues promptly and efficiently.
