Job summary

The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C. is seeking an accurate AR/AP Specialist to manage accounts receivable and payable with strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling statements, preparing deposits, and supporting month-end close with the CFO. Experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks and Excel is required; background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable or similar accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and client information
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Must pass a background search

Responsibilities

• Manage AR/AP processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with proper documentation
• Prepare and schedule weekly check runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain relationships
• Deliver deposits and apply payments to client or firm accounts
• Support month-end and quarter-end close
• Provide general accounting and administrative support
