Job summary

ARCCA, LLC seeks an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily financial operations. You will manage invoicing, payments, and vendor communications, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR/AP, proficiency with Excel, and experience with an ERP system. A fast-paced environment and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Apply customer payments via ACH, wire, checks, and other methods.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Review vendor invoices and match to POs or contracts.
• Prepare account reconciliations and support audits.
