Job summary

Roesseljoy is seeking an autonomous Accounts Receivable specialist to manage the full AR cycle end to end in a high-volume environment. You will handle billing, collections, cash application, cash receipts processing, and deductions with a strict 5-day resolution target.

The role requires 3+ years of AR experience, an accounting/finance degree, and strong Excel skills. NetSuite experience is a plus. You will work independently as the sole AR contact in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience (billing, collections, cash application, and deductions).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable working independently as the sole AR contact in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet firm turnaround deadlines, particularly the 5-business-day deduction resolution requirement.

• Deduction & Claims Management: Investigate, resolve, and process customer deductions and related claims — this is a heavy, high-volume part of the role. All deductions must be researched and closed out within 5 business days.
• Cross-Training: Absorb process knowledge, account nuances, and key customer relationships ahead of the 10/1 exit to ensure a smooth transition.
