• Strong telephone communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and follow up on satisfaction.
• Provide quotes or complete sales when appropriate to gain new business.
• Identify opportunities and communicate with sales/marketing for follow-up.
• Restock and organize showroom merchandise; manage stock and pricing information.
• Handle product requests, pricing and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse tasks—shipping/receiving, stocking, labeling.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and overall store presentation.
• Track outbound campaign results and pre-qualify leads with sales/marketing.
• Back up inbound customer service as needed.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
