Matrix Basement Finishing is a fast-growing home remodeling company specializing exclusively in basement finishing and remodeling. Our call center is the front line of our business-and we’re looking for motivated, tech-savvy appointment setters who thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment.

If you’ve worked in a call center, inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound dialing role and enjoy hitting goals, following proven systems, and earning commission on top of a solid base-this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling

Compensation & Earnings
