Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Coldwell Real Estate Services in Ocala, FL is seeking a driven Appointment Setter to turn warm real estate leads into booked appointments for our top-producing team. You’ll follow up with inbound leads, make outbound calls, and use our CRM and dialer to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment (real estate preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently.
• Driven by goals and metrics with a “no excuses” mindset.
• Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day.
• Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy—able to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems.
• Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $16 - $25 hourly
